Keep an eye out for our 'Green Team': the Easi-Cab and HomeLink team will be wearing green t-shirts on the day and will be asking as many people as possible to donate. We'll also have stands along the seafront. If you're attending the show, make sure to pop over and say hello!
HomeLink provides support services for the elderly, including friendly phone calls, a basic home maintenance service and social events. Easi-Cab Travel Club provides a door-to-door transport service for people with mobility challenges.
The organisation featured on RTE's Prime Time last month in a report investigating the allocation of National Lottery funding. Despite annual applications since 2011, zero grants have been awarded to HomeLink / Easi-Cab. Therefore our collection at the Air Show will be vital in helping us continue providing our services.
The Air Display, supported by the Irish Aviation Authority, is the highlight of Bray's annual Summerfest, with huge crowds lining the promenade to see some fantastic pilots and their spectacular flying machines. An estimated 85,000 people attended last year's event, with organisers expecting similar numbers this year.
Please help us to help others. We're looking forward to seeing you there on July 20th!
